DYLAN DAVIDSON

Dylan Davidson is an Investment Analyst at The Sigmund Companies, where she is a key member of the acquisitions team. In her role, she is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, underwriting transactions, and supporting the execution of value-add business plans across the firm’s retail portfolio. She works closely with senior leadership to analyze potential transactions across the country, with a focus on identifying value through leasing, repositioning, and capital improvements. Her technical expertise includes complex financial analysis, Argus model creation, and the structuring of complex capital stacks. She is passionate about finance and development. Dylan has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development and a B.S. in Financial Management from Clemson University. While at Clemson, she was an active member of the Women in Business Organization.
