Ken Miller | Vice President, Property Management - Nearly 40 years of retail real estate operations leadership, including 19 years across two tenures at first Washington realty directing property operations for the firm's joint ventures with CalPERS, most recently an approximately $9 billion portfolio. Additional senior roles include COO of Beatty Management Company, Co-COO of Citycon Oyj (Helsinki) SVP at Equity One (NYSE: EQY), and EVP at EastBanc. An early adopter of Artificial intelligence in commercial real estate, Ken is focused on bringing AI-Powered solutions to property operations, financial analysis, and asset management.

Ken Miller brings nearly four decades of commercial real estate operations leadership focused on open-air retail and mixed-use properties. Across two tenures totaling 19 years at First Washington Realty, he directed property operations for the firm's joint ventures with CalPERS, most recently an approximately $9 billion portfolio spanning both coasts. Between his First Washington tenures, Ken served as Chief Operating Officer of Beatty Management Company, where he oversaw a Mid-Atlantic and Southeast retail portfolio. He served as Co-Chief Operating Officer of Citycon Oyj, the Helsinki-based REIT operating a portfolio of shopping centers across Northern Europe. He also served as Senior Vice President at Equity One (NYSE: EQY), managing property operations across 175 shopping centers in a $3 billion nationwide portfolio spanning 13 states, and as Executive Vice President at EastBanc, where he managed 2 million square feet of urban street retail and mixed-use assets in Washington, D.C. Ken holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
